Our tee-time booking system has changed. We have moved to the CLUBNET System, an Irish based company who have developed their own product. It will necessitate the downloading and installation of a new App on your phone.

To easily get your new Virginia ClubNet App on your smartphone and connect, just follow these simple steps.

1. If you have an iPhone go to the App Store and download ClubNet.

2. If you have a Samsung or other Android phone go to the Google Play store and download ClubNet.

3. Please accept all location services and push notifications.

4. You will see a selection of golf clubs, select Virginia Golf Club.

5. If you are an Existing Member, we have already set up an account for you.

6. In the email box, enter your email address (the same one the club has for you).

7. In password, enter Golf2018. If this doesn't work for you please contact us to ensure we have the correct email for you on our system. Please change your password once you have logged in; you can do this via the Members icon (Member Profile / Password).

8. If you would like to update or change your email address, please contact the office administration in the club.
